I've stated in the past, I think most HIV care eventually belongs in the office of the primary care provider. I understand there are irregularities & extremes that may require a specialist, but most of it is routine. This piece supports primary care providers being the main point of HIV prevention, as with diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, etc... Any provider can provide information, basic testing & PrEP, so why aren't they?
The heat is back to being a challenge. It will be here for at least this week. I'm so ready for things to cool down. Sleep wasn't that great last night. I need to shower & go handle some things. I'm already tired.
Cya...
