A Little Rush...

 

In a bit of a hurry this morning.  We have to be out of here soon.  My roomie has an appointment.  Not a problem, but I had some stuff to handle & of course other things had to try to pile on.  Other stuff is just going to have to wait a bit. 

There's been a reprieve from the heat, but not the humidity.  By Saturday, the Summer temps will return.  It'd be nice to ditch the humidity, but that probably won't happen.

Rushed Morning...

 

This is going to be quick.  I need to get some stuff handled, then shower, then eat, then rebrush my teeth & anything else I'm forgetting.  After that, drive over to Fort Smith handle appointments, errands & get something to eat before driving home.  That's not mentioning getting trash to the curb.  

For us, this will be a busy day.  Take care.

I'm trying to get around this morning.  I'll have to handle other things later.  We have to get the car to the shop to get the door fixed.  Hopefully, this will fix the battery drain issue.  I don't have much time, so this is it for now.

This is a hurried morning.  We have things to do & need to get around on the way.  We're going to see a movie & get something to eat.  It's been a while.  I just wish it wasn't another dark day.  They're really getting to me.

Busy Wednesday...

 

On top of our normal midweek routine, it's the 1st month & I have an appointment.  This day is going to be rushed.  It's been that way all week already.  Tomorrow will rushed in the morning, because my roomie will have some early stuff to handle.  Then Friday will be shopping & whatever else didn't get handled earlier in the week. 

1st of the month time is always busy.  But this started on a Sunday, then there was a damn Monday holiday, then birthday stuff, then an appointment, then friend visits, etc... I'll be glad when this week is over.

BTW, the birthday meal went well.   It was all good, except for the margarita.  That shouldn't have even been called a margarita, it was awful.   But, the food was good.

Rushed Morning...

 

We're in a hurry this morning.  We have to get the van to the mechanics & then get morning stuff handled.  After that we'll head over & have our eye exams.  We need new glasses.  These aren't dead, but they aren't in great shape.  Everything just had to collide on the same day.

Plan Issues...

My roomie & I made plans to attend the film we saw yesterday back in either late July or early August.  Everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago when the plan was coming into being.  We saw there were a couple of collisions possible with other things going on, but we had wiggle room.   The closer the day got, the more things tried to interfere with us seeing the movie.  An appointment time got changed.  A friend needed my roomie roomie do an errand for her.  The car had issues.  Everything conspired against us seeing the movie, even the weather.

My roomie couldn't have done the favor for her friend, it was during her appointment time.  Still she had to explain that matter.  The appointment ran a little later than expected.  The weather was iffy.  By the time the day was here, we were stressed out about going to see a movie.  It was turning into a long day for my roomie.  I was worried we'd get over there after all the crap & the movie would suck.

The movie was fine, things went well, still we were exhausted & stressed.   It was not as good a day as it could've been if things had just butted the hell out of it.  But that's not our life.  To make matters more insulting, we crunched our plans to accommodate something later in the week for someone else.  After the day was nearly over & we were spent, my roomie gets news.  The person with the later plan cancelled.  We didn't have to crunch our week.  A lot of good that info did us then.

The movie was good.  The rest of the day not so much.  It didn't have to be that hard.  We still have plans for the week, but they're in town & should go fine.  They're things of necessity, not some little bit of diversion for us.  At this point, everything else needs to soundly go screw itself & stay out of our business.  Way to go Sucktember.

Full Start...

 

The beginning of September rushed us.  There was something to do or deal with almost every day.  After shopping this morning, we get a reprieve.  I have a dental cleaning next Wednesday & that should be it for appointments for a bit.  I'm over medical pros for the moment.

I have to be out of here in less than 30 minutes for my doctor appointment.  This is as much of a post  as there will be today.  But, at least something got  done.

Hurried Grey Morning...

 

In a bit of a hurry this morning.   I need to get cleaned up & get out the door to go shopping.  It's supposed  to start snowing in a few hours & keep at all afternoon.  The ground's too warm for it to stick much.  Still, we'd rather be back inside before it gets serious about dumping snow on us.  It's the warmest it'll get today & it's freezing.  The faucets will be dripping all day.

I've got at least 1 appointment this morning & if time allows, I may handle 2.  If not, I still have to go shopping later.  So, this morning is going to be a bit of a rush.  That's means no real post this time.  I'll try again tomorrow.

Heading Out...

This is going to be a rushed morning.  I have to get around, take a shower & eat.  Then we have to hit the bank & get gas.  My neuro appointment is at 2 & it's a little over 2 hours.  I need to leave some wiggle room.  There's always roadwork. 

Other than that, everything is going well this morning   It's bright & chilly.  That's about it for now, take care.

Rush Morning...

No time this morning, I have to get over to Fort Smith.  The dentist is fitting the permanent crown today.  I'm happy this is almost handled & the temp only had to be put back on once.   I'm staring at the screen right now & not much is coming to mind.  I really don't like waking up in the dark.

Another Busy Morning...

 Another rushed morning.  I'm trying to get some calls handled.  Then I have to run by my doctor's office for some tests.  Then to Walmart.  Then to Fort Smith.   Then maybe another errand or so.  I've gotta get a move on.

Bill paying didn't go as planned yesterday. so we're out again this morning.  I also need to get blood drawn.  Before that I need a bath.   Then I still need to run by the store.  Another fairly full morning.  At least that mostly leaves tomorrow open.

Busy Start...

The beginning of the month rush is back.  We're off to go vote & then shop.  Tomorrow we have to run to the bank & start bill paying.  Then on Monday, we have to do more shopping & hopefully finish most of the house bills.  It's always busy at the 1st of the month, but at least then it's handled for a bit.

Shopping Yuck...

OK, we went shopping & ran some errands this morning.  I'm running a bit behind.  This will be a barely there post.  Got home & tried to place an online order that turned out to be a minor issue.  I've got things to look out, so this is it for now.  Until tomorrow.

No Time...

I just back from shopping.  I've got about enough time to eat & sit down for a bit.  Then I have to go get the van's tires fixed.   So, busy, busy, busy.  Still, I'm glad they could get to me before the trip on Monday.   I don't need to deal with tire issues on the road.  More tomorrow.

Gotta Get...

I already had plans for today & then they got complicated.  My dentist office called yesterday & told me they had an opening.  I could get this tooth repair underway now instead of waiting until the 30th.  This would bunch things up, but I figured if I didn't take it, the temporary fix wouldn't hold & I'd be screwed,

So, I have to go bath.  Then fix breakfast.  Then drive to the mailbox & from there to Fort Smith,   Then we'll hit the dentist, do some shopping, pay a bill, get something to eat... I think that's it, but the movie is between 2 - 3  hours, so there's quite a big chunk.  I'd like to be out of there before it's too late & the traffic gets heavy.  So, no more time, I've got to go.
