Pharma Screw Up Maybe...

I woke to an automated call from my pharmacy.  It told me, I was out of prescriptions.  My med bottle said I wasn't.  I called & supposedly it's handled.  I highly doubt that.   My doctor is still somewhat in question & may already be out for the holiday.  If I'd thought I'd need a refill order, I would've already handled it.  Thanks  for the holiday stress.  Like I needed that.

Pharmacy Foul...

My day got rescheduled at almost 11 last night.   I get an email somewhere about then notifying my meds were going to show up today instead of on Monday like I'd scheduled.  I have to sign for them, so someone has to be home.   CVS can screw up anything.  I specifically asked for a "delivery on" date & not a "delivery by" date.  

To make matters worse they use UPS.  I hate UPS.  Life was a lot easier when they used FedEx.  FedEx always got to me before noon.  Asshat UPS can be here anytime from 8 AM to whenever.  I've seen them deliver in my neighborhood past 7 PM.  You can't schedule around that crap.   FedEx has always been the better option for me.  

So, I'm stuck at home all day.  I can't do anything.  My roomie has to get a ride from someone else.  All because CVS & UPS suck ass.

Halfway, Almost...

CVS did great this month.  They got me meds with no fuss   That is a thing I don't get to say often enough.  I certainly takes a lot of stress out of my life when they get their job done correctly.    I'm surprised it went so well, considering all the hurricane business.

We're over halfway through September,  There are just 4 days until the Fall Solstice.  Summer temps may have crept back in for a bit, but it's closing up shop for the season.  

The last of the flowers are blooming, including the Yucca.   The yard is yellowed.  It's virtually raining leaves.  

It's been pleasant so far today, hope you do well.

Last Saturday In June...

I'm just not making peace with 2017.  I'm kind of glad to see June head out.  I think I just want some distance from earlier in the year. 

I started the process to get my new med with CVS.  It's still a weird idea & will be for a while.  Of course, in typical fashion, CVS already messed up  the order.  I placed an on-date order & they shipped with a by-date.  that means it could get here anywhere before X date.  Since I have to sign for the package, I have to be here.  That screwed with my schedule.  Thanks CVS.  It's like they practice ways to be difficult.

Not much is going on here today, so I end this for now.

Finally...

It only took 2 more days & 2 more phone calls, but CVS finally got my meds delivered.  I'm sort of amazed.  My 1st order is still MIA, the 2nd order had issues of it's own, but finally the 3rd went through.  I wasted part of a day waiting for an order that wasn't coming & then over an hour of combined phone calls.  

At least they arrived.  I'm tired of talking about the matter for a bit.

Problematic Pharmacy...

I'm a little pissed off right now.  My pharmacy is screwing up again.  Thanks CVS.  

Feb. 2nd:  CVS called & set up delivery for the 7th

Feb. 7th:   I call to check & the order has been lost & is set up again for the 9th

Feb 8th:   I call to check & the order is still screwed up/missing.

I'm trying to get this fixed as I type.  I'm on hold while they figure out how deep they've got their heads up their asses.  My guess, all the way.

The representative is back, so we'll see.  Allegedly my order will be here tomorrow.  We'll see.  I won't hold my breath.

Pharm Issues...

Tried to do a meds refill today, but somewhere along the way there was a glitch.  Seems like there's always an issue of some kind.  They were supposed to up the dosage on 1 of my meds & they didn't.  I called the doctor's office for a resend.  I'll try back tomorrow.   

CVS, you wear me out.
