It's a little in the Summer to be talking about seasonal change, but here we are. It took longer to get to the Summer heat this year. It was about the same time as fireworks, mowing & the town burning debris. All that has made it a rough shift into the season. I never handle seasonal change well, especially when it's abrupt. It always seems to be that way anymore.
Changes like this screw with me. It makes me feel off, my stomach goes south, sinuses are shot, sleep isn't always great, etc... I eventually catch up, but it can take a bit. Until then, it sort of sucks.
