This article is disturbing. It relates how resistance to HIV medications is on the rise. The article has a chart showing the level of reported resistance to a certain regimen & when it's no longer safe to use that approach in the area. The data isn't good. Most of these countries are less socio-economically developed than the US, in Africa, Asia & the southern Americas. There is a surprising gender differentiation, with woman usually having more occurences of resistance.
This isn't a pleasant read, but it's an important piece.
