3 times this week Optimum has screwed up both the cable & internet. The last 2 nights just past midnight, both dropped for about an hour. The techs are boarish asshats & do nothing. They won't even admit there's an outage. Suddenlink was awful, but Optimum took the challenge to do worse. Definitely having to look into alternatives.
