This is the Summer Solstice of 2016. Time for a formal good bye to Spring & hello to Summer. This will be longest day of the year. The shortest night. That means more daylight to heat thing up. Even though the days will got hotter well until September. The grass has some serious brown splotches developing. Yay! Finally.
With Summer here, it's time to remind people to be aware of how you & your meds interact with heat & sunlight. Some meds can make you susceptible to both. Be careful to stay hydrated & cool.
