That's the story of Summer in Oklahoma. It was supposed to rain, but it didn't. It comes with 2 variations. There's, it piddled for 5 minutes & upped the humidity to 100%. There's also the shower turned into the storm from hell. Which either flooded us or still barely gave us any rain. No middle ground in Oklahoma, I think it's illegal.
