For some idiotic reason, the state of Mississippi is going to start charging for HIV tests. $25 a pop. That's cash most people don't have on hand for a what-if. This is despite the state being 1 of the highest states for HIV rates in the nation.

The 1st article is brief. The 2nd is more in depth, but for some reason the title says Missouri instead of Mississippi. Both tell how this state is about to hinder the 1st line in the fight against HIV, testing.
Dangerously ridiculous.
