Trash Wednesday...

It's another trash day.  The garbage is sitting by the curb now.  That's done & I'm glad I don't have much more to do today.  

Between, increased exercise, new med levels & crazy allergen levels, my stomach is in a foul place.  I'll get used to the increased med & exercise levels.  I doubt I get ever get used to the pollen levels we're having. 

We don't have any big plans for the week.  The articles coming  out have mostly been the same old stuff.  Maybe things will pick up soon.
